Changes to partner visas

On Wednesday 28 November new legislation was passed which will significantly change the way that partner visas are processed. Sponsors will need to be approved prior to the visa application being lodged. This is likely to impact on onshore applicants with limited time on their current visa. Full details of the legislation have not yet been released. Stayed tuned for further details.
