Business & Investor Visas in Victoria

The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa program in Victoria reopened on 18 February 2019. Expressions of interest must be lodged through the Department of Home Affairs’ SkillSelect website for the following visas:

• Sc188 – Business Innovation Stream

• Sc188 – Investor Stream

• Sc188 – Entrepreneur Stream

• Sc132 – Business Talent (Permanent) visa – Significant Business History Stream

• Sc132 – Business Talent (Permanent) visa – Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream
