The Department of Immigration have announced that they may proceed to refuse partner visa applications which are undocumented or poorly documented without notice or a request for further information. Despite lengthy processing times for these applications, applicants cannot assume that they can lodge the forms and then upload supporting documentation later. In these circumstances the case officer may quickly move to refuse the application. It is important to ensure that your partner visa application includes comprehensive supporting evidence at the time of lodgement. Supra Legal can assist you with this.
